收藏新能源和可再生能源、节能环保方面的专业图书3.9万册，购置引进中外文电子期刊全文和文摘、会议论文、学位论文10余种数据库，为科学研究提供了充实的文献资料保障。
Rich Literature Collection and Convenient Information Center
GIEC’s library houses 39,000 copies of books and journals. The staff and students can be accessible to more than 10 databases for full texts or abstract of many journals, conference proceedings and dissertation both in Chinese and foreign languages.

先进的信息网络
已实现了光纤互通，构建起了快速、高效、安全、畅通的科研和管理信息化系统，通过中国科学院资源规划项目（ARP）实现研究所资源高效管理。创建了权威的新能源信息综合网站《中国新能源网》和杂志《中国新能源》。
Advanced Information Network Center
The information management system of GIEC supported by kilomega speed optical network. Academic Resources Planning(ARP), has been used to manage the resources of GIEC, which improves GIEC’s management level. In addition, a website as known new energy information web( http://www.newenergy.org.cn/)　and a journal of China New Energy are established.

广东省新能源生产力促进中心 Guangdong New Energy Productivity Center(GNEPC)
广东省新能源生产力促进中心成立于1999年11月，宗旨是依托科技，面向企业，提供技术咨询，企业诊断，成果转化，人才培训，计划立项，产品开发等综合性，目的是为推动广东省新能源、节能的科技进步和技术创新。
GNEPC was established in November 1999. The center's purpose is to rely on S&T to supply technical advice, enterprise diagnosis, the production transformation, training staff, planning project, product development etc., the aim is to promote S&T progress and innovation of Guangdong new energy, energy efficiency and environment protection.

分析测试中心 Analytical center
拥有拥有元素分析仪、综合热分析仪-红外联用系统、X射线衍射仪、ICP、GC-MS等一批先进的仪器设备，具有广泛的实验与测试功能。对所内外承接相关能源、环境保护、化工等领域的样品测试、实验研究分析等业务。
Analytical center owns a large range of testing and analysis functions, equipped with large apparatus such as inductive coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICP); elemental analyzer; thermal analyzer–infrared spectrometer(TG-IR);X-Ray diffractomer( XRD),etc.
